Destinations, shipping costs & duties
Where We Ship
LunaLing currently ships to eligible street addresses in the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, and P.O. boxes are not included in our current shipping area.
Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is complimentary for eligible U.S. orders. Expedited shipping is not currently available.
Import Duties and Sales Tax
Import duties are included in the product price. Applicable sales tax, if any, is calculated at checkout. This wording does not mean duty-free, tax-free, VAT-inclusive, or all-taxes-included.
Processing, delivery & tracking
Made-to-Order Processing
Each piece is made to order. Orders are usually prepared within 2–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing time is separate from delivery time.
Estimated Delivery
After carrier acceptance, estimated transit is 6–12 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by public holidays, carrier disruptions, customs processing, severe weather, or address issues.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, shipping confirmation and available tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Shipping Origin
LunaLing pieces are made to order and dispatched from China. LunaLing LLC is registered in the United States, but orders are not represented as made in or shipped from the United States.
Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address before placing your order. Contact hello@thelunaling.com as soon as possible if a correction is needed. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order enters production or dispatch preparation.
