Shipping
When orders open, LunaLing will initially ship to customers in the United States with tracked delivery. Shipping timelines and final delivery costs will be shown before checkout once ordering is available.
Returns
Because the First Drop is not yet open for orders, returns are not currently being processed.
When orders open, quality issues should be reported within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and order details. Natural variations in color, pattern, shape, and texture are not considered defects.
